Service Policies

Cancellation policy:

Our goal is to provide quality lymphatic massage to all of our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, wrong addresses, and cancellations are inconvenient not only for our vendors, but for our other customers as well. Please note our policy regarding missed or canceled appointments.

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation in advance. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a $60 cancellation fee. This also applies to appointments for the same day. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to serve you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply OR we will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

Payment terms:

We require a credit/debit card to book your appointment. All deposits and remaining balance will be charged to cards left on file. Any cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

Parking Policies:

We ask all of our clients to cover parking fees prior to the therapist’s arrival.
